Default saved docs

I amt rying to open a saved dod, but it keep saying it is not available? A
pop-up window also comes up about a file normal.dot already exist, asking me
whether I want to replace it????

Both problems are most likely caused by the Office Plug-in in Norton
AntiVirus. Disable it.
