I have word installed in the past but it seem I could not reach Equation
Editor, and I do not have CD anymore. Is there any way I can download
Equation Editor from internet and install?

There isn't any way to get Equation Editor separately. However, Design
Science (the company that created Equation Editor for Microsoft) makes a
much more capable editor called MathType. You can download the free trial
version from http://www.mathtype.com/en/products/mathtype/trial.asp. At the
end of 30 days, if you don't buy the full version, the trial version will
still be usable although the additional features will be disabled.
