"start enforcing protection" is greyed out -word 2007
In Word 2007, On the I click on the Protect Document button and then put a
check mark in the "Allow only this type of editing" check box and select the "Filling in Forms" type. .... but .... the "Yes, Start Enforcing Protection" button is greyed out and I cannot complete the protection process. Why is this greyed-out and how can I select the button? |

If the Design Mode button on the Developer tab of the ribbon is turned on, click it to turn it off. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
