Default Protecting documents

(in Microsoft Office Word 2003)
If I protect certain parts of a document, or all of it, and send it to
someone that has a previous version of Microsoft Word, will it still stop
them from accessing and changing the bits that I don't want them to?

Thank-you for your time,

Daniel

Yes, as long as you password the protection.

Good luck...
