Default How to create a professional form

I need professional know how of form in msword. Could you please provide
enough information on this? Would appreciate. In word I know press
Ctrl+F1. Then I get tools of form. I dont know how and where I can save
this after I create
form. Is this the right tool for creating form? Please inform me in detail.
