Default macrons and symbols

Hello,
I am trying to translate thai into english with pronouciation marks and
macrons.
I need macrons to indicate low, falling, high, and rising sounds above
vowels and consonants as well as open o's and e's to indicate sounds not
existing in english.
I appreciate any help.
thanks
Ben

Ben,
Try www.sil.org (go to Software Fonts) to find phonetic symbols, including
diacritical marks that will appear (typically) above another symbol such as a
vowel. (SIL is a highly reputable organization, so you can trust their fonts
to be benign.)

Find vowels with macrons and breves in the Latin Extended-A character subset
of Unicode fonts. To put a bar over a consonant, see
