Default Customer Calendar

How can I create a calendar that will automatically remind me when my
customer needs servicing? I have customers that need service every 2, 3, 4,
6 and 12 months.

Don't even think of trying to do this in Word. Use the appointment
calendar in Outlook, which has recurrence and reminder functions built
