Default Bullets and Numbering - Word 2007

Hi,
I want to keep the same bullet style no matter what the indent, and also set
me own indenting distances in Word 2007. I know how to do this in the old
word, but the new version seems to revert to an automatic setting each time.
Any ideas?

You need to define a multilevel bulleted list.
