How do I get a sequence of numbers (SEQ) from callout's in Word
I want to create an assembly document. I am using callouts to show a sequence
of steps. But if I change the sequence I have to go back and update the numbers shown in the callouts. Is there a way to use the SEQ field to compute this automatically? |

Switching to Print Preview or printing should update the SEQ fields.
Alternatively, use a macro to force an update. See the example macro at http://gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Ken" wrote in message ...
