I am trying to print a whole page of the same labels. I go through all the
steps, pick same label for the whole page, pick the type of label, everything
looks right but when I print all I get is "IB" printed at the top left of the
page.

Presumably you have typed or pasted something in the box where you're
supposed to put the label data?

Yes, each time I've tried I've typed in a full address.

If all else fails, click the New Document button. This will give you a sheet
of labels. They're set up as a table, so make sure you have the table
gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the label
boundaries. Type or paste your address into the first cell, then select that
cell and Copy. Select the entire table and Paste.
