Default how do I set up a repeating macro in Word?

Thanks for both tips.

I have a new question thought. In the form, I have a group of chek box
fields with their respective text. My question is; once the user places a
check mark on anyone of the check box fields, how do I select and repeat the
check box text in another part of the form?

In addition to Jay's suggestion, you might find the information at
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm useful.

I need to create a macro which will take the text from a field and copy it to
several other fields of my choosing.
