Default Cursor position when opening Word

When I open Word the cursor is about halfway down the page. How to get it to
start at the top where it should be??

I'm taking a shot at it...open FormatParagraph and check what your
indentation and spacing is set at.

In Word, click on File | Page Setup | Layout | Vertical
alignment: Top | OK.

Default Cursor position when opening Word

If this is happening every time you open Word, you also need to address the
issue in the Normal.dot file. Otherwise you'll have to fix it manually every
time you open Word.

Default Cursor position when opening Word

And this is addressed by correcting the problem in a new Blank Document and
clicking Default in the Page Setup dialog.
