Can I automatically sort an updated table?
Each month, I create a daily "to do" list in a table format with columns
designating various entries such as Assigned Date, Action Date, Item, Mileage, etc. My list is made in day-of-the-month order under the "Assigned Date" column. Oft times I need to go back and update/insert an item (such as information/to record business mileage) that occured several days back ... then I must manually highlight the "Assigned Date" column to re-sort the table so that it appears in "day order". Is there a way to have this column automatically sorted each time I make an entry? |

Instead of adding the item at the end of the table, why not just insert a
row at the appropriate place so that you don't have to resort? -- Suzanne S.
