How to Automate Text?
I want to make a template, that will prompt users for information. Users
answer questions, and the program inserts the answers into the template. Is this possible? Is this something I can do from Mail Merger? Thanks, Charles |

How to Automate Text?
You can set the document up as a protected form (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to), or you can use a UserForm (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/...AUserForm.htm). -- Suzanne S.
