How many addresses are you printing, and how many labels per sheet?
If you are only printing one sheet (i.e. small number of addresses) then you are probably "previewing" the merge - if so, you need to "complete" the merge (if you're using the wizard, make sure you go through the steps right to the very end). Otherwise, which version of Word, and what is your data source? if it's Excel, make sure you do not have any blank rows after "P", and that there are no double-quote characters in the last row that merged or the one after that.
