I very often edit a word doc, do a save as (F12) and then try to move the
original doc to an archive folder. But word thinks the original is in use so
it won't let me. This does not always happen but I understand it when it
does. However, often when I close the copy (so now both are closed), I still
cannot move the original because since I have other completely unrelated
docs open word thinks (or rather doesn't think at all) it's still in use. So
I close all of those and more often than not still have a problem because
Outlook is running. The point is that all too often I have to close ALL my
open word docs AND Outlook just to delete or mvoe or rename a doc file that
I closed a long time ago. IT REALLY SUCKS.
