Hi ?B?a293YWxzazc3MQ==?=,
When I want to insert a template that has protected text in it, the protection does not carry through to the new document that already has protected text. I want to insert the new template as part of a new macro. This is being done in MS Word 2003 Forms protection is never maintained when inserting a protected document into an unprotected one. This is just the way Word works. And to be doing the insertion, you must be in a part of the new document
that is not protected. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
