How can I define a three digit number style in outline numbered?
I want to get paragraph numbers of the style [001] etc. Word only offers the
option of two digits. How can I add a style for three digits to the dropdown box? |

You can't. If the numbering would never actually reach three digits, you
could add a 0 to the number format manually, but assuming you want the numbers to be actually usable, you'll have to use a LISTNUM or SEQ field (either of which can have a numeric picture switch) instead of auto numbering. -- Suzanne S.
