Default How to open a .odt document in Word 2002

I wish to find a Plugin that will allow me to open an OpenOffice Writer
document using Word 2002.

Hi Terry,

With the pre-requisites met that are listed on this page
http://odf-converter.sourceforge.net/download.html
that converter should allow you to open .odt files in MS Word 2002, 2003 or 2007. From the 'other end' Open Office has a save as
Microsoft Word choice.
