alphabetizing
G'Day Dan,
Select the Paragraphs, and try (Menu) TableSort. You will find that blank paragraphs all come to the top of the sort. To avoid this do NOT hit 'Enter' twice to get a new paragraph. Instead try (Menu) FormatParagraph, and set Spacing After: to (say) 6 points. Then use a single 'Enter' for a new paragraph. If you like that, modify the 'Normal' style to make that your default - I think it looks better anyway. -- Regards, Pat Garard Melbourne, Australia _______________________ "dan" wrote in message ... how do I alphabetize paragraphs? |
