Default How can I keep Word's spell check tool from checking proper names.

The transcriptionists at our hospital use word to type the dictation into. We
have some doctors and patients with unusual names. Word's spell check
feature is constantly marking them as misspelled. Yes they can add the names
to the dictionary but that is going to make the dictionary too large and it
slows them down.
Is there a way to keep spell check from checking Names?

Select the name and format it as "(no proofing)" or "Do not check spelling
or grammar."
