How do I delete a custom style.
I made a custom Style (Home Tab, Styles group) in MS Word 2007. I've tried to
delete it permanently but everytime I open a new Word document it remains in the Styles Group. The steps I used to delete it is 1. Go to the Styles group and click on the arrow at the bottom right of that group. 2. Then I click on "Manage Styles" at the bottom of the dialogue box that opens up. 3. Then I select my custom made style and I click on "New documents based on this template" ( at the bottom), then I click delete. After this is done, I close MS Word, re-open it and it's there again. How do I permanently delete it? |
