Default How to normalize (undo) all custom formatting

Folks in my office have created docs with customized formatting that I now
need to turn into consistent (stylesheet-based) formats. How can I undo all
the custom formatting . . . or normalize all the text to begin formatting
again?

CTRL+A (select all) Alt+N (apply normal style - you may have to apply this
style from the toolbar) CTRL+Space (removes manual formatting).

Please make sure you have saved your document before trying this just in
case you don't like the results. Select all (Ctrl+A) and apply the Normal
style (Ctrl+Shift+N).

Hope it helps!
