File continually opens when opening word
When opening word, the same file opens every time. It doesn't open to a
blank document like usual. I found the file that it's opening but can't see any settings on it that would cause it to do this. I deleted everything in that file and saved it, but still when you open word, what it used to be still appears and it says New Document 1 up in the top left bar. Anyone have any ideas on why or how to fix this. Thanks very much in advance for any suggestions. Rob |

Did you inadvertantly edit the "normal.dot" file? This is the template the
new documents are based on... "Rob" wrote: When opening word, the same file opens every time. It doesn't open to a blank document like usual.
