Auto text
Word 2000. I need something like an auto text entry. At the bottom of all
our letters we sign off Test & Co., LLP. The problem is I need the LLP part to be smaller than the rest of the company name. (Regular text size 12 TRoman, LLP 8 Troman.) Is there a way of doing this somehow? Maybe a macro? ( I'm thinking of that as I post this. - Anyway, I'm looking for an easy, good idea.) Thanks. rob |

Should be simple enough to record, Rob. Try this:

Just create the sign off and save it as a formatted AutoText entry. I don't
see the need for a macro or anything special. Make sure that the AutoText entry is stored with the template so that it is available to all users. -- Terry Farrell - Word MVP http://word.mvps.org/ "rob p" wrote in message ... : Word 2000. You might also use small caps formatting with lower case llp.

Thanks all. I will look into small caps. I like the save as a autotext entry
idea. rob "TF" terryfarrell%40%6d%73%6e%2ecom wrote in message ... Just create the sign off and save it as a formatted AutoText entry. I don't see the need for a macro or anything special.
