How to set custom envelope template to rotate the text 180 degrees
The problem that I am experiencing is caused by a design flaw in the printer.
Envelopes have to be rotated 180 degrees so that the flap does not hit the pickup rollers because it causes the text to skew. In the printer settings of the document you can set the feed direction to clockwise rotation, however, the text does not rotate. The manual process that I am using is when the user goes to print they select printer properties and choose 'rotated landscape'. This works but several users are complaining about the extra step. The printer is a Xerox 4500DT. |
