text in table not printing
I have a table in a Word document that breaks across two pages. One of the
cells will not print the text once it breaks across the pages. The text shows up fine in normal and web view - but will not appear in the print view or if I print to a PDF file. Suggestions? |

Most likely the table has inadvertently become wrapped. Although it is
possible in Word 2003 and above to break wrapped tables across pages, you probably don't want to. Go to the Table tab of Table Properties and change the "Text wrapping" setting to "None." -- Suzanne S.
