Word: single space setting to avoid reset each time
I have XP Office Professional. And for the past few weeks I have to adjust
every word document for spacing. Please inform me how I can get this to singlespace at all times without adjustment. I can not find this option. Where do I do it? |

It sounds like you are perhaps pasting from external sources. Perhaps you
need to read this: http://www.officearticles.com/word/p...oft_word.ht m Otherwise, you may need to open your normal.dot file directly to change the setting by hitting Ctrl+A, then Format--Paragraph and set the spacing to Single. See "Editing normal.dot" he http://www.officearticles.com/word/a...osoft_word.htm ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "elz" wrote in message ...
