Style hidden
I have office 2007 installed. I have some old office 2003 documents that
have a style called body text. when I look in office 2007 the style does not appear, but whn i go look at the option I see it greyed out and it says "hidden until used). How do undo this and make this style active and add it to my style list? Thanks |

How do undo this and make this style active and add it to my style list? Thanks Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to open the Styles task pane. At the bottom of the pane, click the third button to open the Manage Styles dialog. Click the Recommend tab. Select the Body Text style in the list, and then click the Show button near the bottom of the dialog. Select the "New documents based on this template" option before clicking OK. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
