Multipule recipients to for Mail Merge from Access Query
I have a Access Query named "Credit Approvers" . This query lists the Credit
Approvers by thier Portfolio ID. There are several Portfolio ID's that have more than one credit approver so there are many instances where the same Portfolio ID is listed several times but with different Credit Approvers. Is there a way to create a mail merge that will send only 1 email per Portfolio ID but include all of the Credit Approvers in the "To" line? The Credit Approvers field lists their respective email address. In addition, is there a way for me to designate the "From" filed in the mail merge and also add a "CC:" recpient?
