Why does a drawing canvas appear when I insert a text box?
Why does a "create your drawing here" box appear each time I insert a text
box? The appearance of this box means that I must reposition each text box after I insert it. |

Why does a drawing canvas appear when I insert a text box?
In Tools Options General, uncheck "Automatically create drawing canvas
when inserting Autoshapes".
