Default I want a calendar to appear in my word document sideways.

I want to use the calendar wizard to create a calendar for a church
newsletter, but I want it to appear full page sideways. Can I do this please?

Word 2003 or Word 2000.

Thanks

Ian

You'll need a landscape section. See

Thank you Suzanne. It seems to work precisely as described in the help
document. I haven't tried it at work to actually print yet.
My final concern is that the smart printer/copier is 11x17 paper size but
page size is 8.5 x 11. Should still work, right?
Thanks
Ian

Are you saying you're printing a Letter-sized page to Ledger-sized paper?
Are you scaling it up? If so, yes, that should work. If you're printing 2
pages per sheet in some way, I don't know how that would work. Or if the
printer also has Letter-sized paper stocked, that should work as well.

We have gone to a new wireless-link copier. The paper in it is 11x17, two
word portrait pages per sheet. So the thing knows that (eg) page 2 is left
and 3 is right.
I have been feeding in sheets 8.5x11 by hand up to now, but with your
technique I should be able to send the entire document, with calendar
(landscape attitude) included, and the machine should sort it out. I'll let
you know.
Thanks
Ian
