I want to turn my address list into a directory.

I want to turn my address list into a directory.
Not quite sure format what you mean by directory format, but whatever it is,
the way to do it is to use a Catalog (or in Word XP and later it's called Directory) type mailmerge main document to which you attach the datasource and then arrange one set of the mergefields in the format (configuration) that you wish.
