Default Does anyone have a template for a Deed of Trust

I am looking for a template for a Deed of Trust, security agreement and a
promissory note..would anyone have any help with these? thanks

It sounds like what you need is an attorney, not a template.

Thanks for the advise..I have an actual Deed of Trust for myself already..I
want to revise some of the numbers..and of course..want to save some lawyer
fees..

Scan it in with OCR software and edit that.

Keep in mind that the money you save by not suing an attorney could end up
being a lot less than it costs you when your DIY documentation doesn't hold
up in a court. (I'm not an attorney - and that why I'd recommend you see
one.)
