Default NEED TO CREATE A SHORTCUT FOR REPEAT WORDS IN A DOCUMENT

Assuming that you are using MS Word: go to toolsauto correct. - then
type in in the €˜replace, something that you don't otherwise want to use -
for example two tildes - then under the €˜with column, type one of the long
repetitious words - then click OK . Do this, susbtituting something else
that you dont want to use otherwise, in place of two tildes, for each of
the words which you want to add.. Then you may type two tildes [or
whatever] for the long word
