After having set up the header that you want to appear on the following
pages, click on the Page Layout button on the Headers and Footers toolbar (It looks like and open book) and go to the layout tab and check the Different First Page box. Then click on the OK button. The header and footer that you set up will not longer be visible, but when the document runs to more than one page, it will appear on the following pages. -- Hope this helps.
