Default Office 2000 template "fill in" prompts not working in Office 2003

We are upgrading to 2003 from 2000. Many of our .dot templates are stored in
our content managment system. (One we designed)

In Office 2000 the user just needed to click the "Lock" icon to activate the
"fill-in" prompts. That feature doesn't work in Office 2003. What is the
work-around?

These templates can not be accessed through User or Workgroup Templates
settings.

Any suggestions would be helpful. - Bren Lane

You can update the fields manually, by selecting them and pressing F9.
