Default track changes window is too big...can't select "okay" or "apply"

I can't scroll down and window is already moved to the top of the screen?
Does anyone know what I can do?

I can't think what you mean by "track changes window"? Do you maybe
have your changes in a panel instead of underlines & strikeouts within
