Default How to set equal width columns and equal height rows in a table?

In Word 2003, used to be able to click on an icon to set highlighted columns
to be of equal width and highlighted rows to be of equal height in tables. I
cannot find this feature in Word 2007. Has anyone found it?

Under Table Tools Layout, Click the buttons for "Distribute Columns"
and "Distribute Rows."
