A long time ago, we talked about how annoying it is that every time
you go back to the Cross Reference panel, even if it stayed open, it
insisted on going back to the first item in the document. Well now, in
Word2007, it lets you go back to the document and then return to the
Cross Reference panel and stay where you were the last time you
accessed it! You can even (un)check the "before/after" box!

Plus, there's an existing button to put on the QAT. (Though it's too
small to be able to tell what the graphic is supposed to represent.)
