Print a mail merged document in order (Word 2003)
I am using MS Word 2003 for the first time. I completed a mail merge that
created 77 letters. The documents are in the correct order when I scroll through my merged document. However, when I print the letters, they are radomly out of order! Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it? |

When you say the merged document, have you executed the merge to a new
document? And, are you saying that when you print that document, the pages are out of order? -- Hope this helps. Correct. I have executed the merge to a new document. The pages of this
new document are in order. However, they do not print in this same order. "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" wrote: When you say the merged document, have you executed the merge to a new document? Weird. I don't suppose they are printing in reverse order?
