Legal signature on behalf of another party?
Thanks. I finally decided to sign his name followed with the word "by" and
my initials. I do have his permission to sign for him, obviously, and I wasn't able to contact him and then contact his lawyer for advice. I didn't think he would appreciate paying a lawyer's hourly rate for a one minute piece of advice either. I apprecieate your input, Carol. What is the correct and legal manner in which to do this? |
