Why doesn't my left ruler show a shaded area?
My horizontal ruler gives me a grey area to move left or right, but my
vertical ruler has no shaded are and I cannot find a way to return it to the bar. Can you help me? |

Are you ion Print Layout View? It sounds like you have hidden the White
Space (area between the top/bottom margins and the edge of the page). Move your pointer to the edge of the page & when you see the tip box that says Show White Space, click there.
