Tabs & Lft Indent makes changes on odd lines throughout Word docum
Tabs & Lft Indent makes changes on odd lines throughout Word 2003 document
(in both XP and Vista Business Edn) when re-opening file, even though these random changes are corrected when last viewing file. The File has some 41 pages of names and addresses. The tabs that change are all the same size, and all the the Lft Indents change further to the left by the same amount - to the left of the left page border. Is there a remedy? Tabs & Lft Indent makes changes on odd lines throughout Word docum
Is this a display issue, or does it show in the printed document as well? Is
only one document affected, or several? -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP " wrote: Tabs & Lft Indent makes changes on odd lines throughout Word 2003 document (in both XP and Vista Business Edn) when re-opening file, even though these random changes are corrected when last viewing file. Tabs & Lft Indent makes changes on odd lines throughout Word d
-- RGS The two problems show in both the screen image as well as the printed page. Only one Word document is affected. The Format /Tab box indicates the tabs change from 0.7 cms to either 7.32 or 14.65 cms. The Left Indent moves about one tab space to the left and in the Style box shows the word 'List', whereas the other correctly positioned lines show 'Style Bold'. Thanks for your help Stefan.
