word 2003-printing highlights
I want to highlight certain phrases in a word document that users need to
change before printing. I don't want the highlight to show when printed though. Any idea how to do this? Cheers Dan |

On the View tab of Tools | Options, you have the option to view or not view
Highlights. If you don't have them displayed, they won't print. You can restore the display after printing. -- Suzanne S. Thanks for that but is there anyway to change the document so that the
highlight will not print but will still be viewed on screen? cheers Dan "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: On the View tab of Tools | Options, you have the option to view or not view Highlights. No, and note that display of highlighting is an environment setting
(machine-specific), not one that is saved with the document. -- Suzanne S.
