How do I set up a Form in Word using ___ to type words on
Using Microsoft Word:
I am creating a form that will include boxes to be checked and Lines to be typed on, how do I insert boxes and lines that do not delete once they are typed on. |

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help.
