Print format with markup and comment
I have several comments in a large document. It prints fine, except the right
hand and bottom margins are much wider -- like 2 inches -- than what I have set. If I do not view or print the comments, the margins remain the same width as when I print them. I'd like to have the margins about 3/4 of an inch. Can someone point me in the right direction, please? I can't find reference to this in the faq's that I've reviewed. Thanks very much for any help. |

Then, in the Print dialog box, under Print What, select Document and not Document Showing Markup. -- Peter Aitken Author, MS Word for Medical and Technical Writers www.tech-word.com Thank you very much, Peter. Your directions worked like a charm. I'm grateful. Take care...Kim |
