Headers & Footers
We have a user who is working on a large document that contains several page
breaks throughout the document. The headers and footers are not updating throughout all the headers and footers in the document. The user has to manually go in and change each footer to update it to the correct information. Is there a way of having the changes filter through to all the headers and footers in the documnet? Thanking you in advance. |

Page breaks alone will not cause a change in header/footer. If the breaks
are section breaks, then it would appear that the headers/footers are not linked. You need to click "Same as Previous" or "Link to Previous" on the Header and Footer toolbar. -- Suzanne S.
