I keep getting word code cleaner.dot error. Then when I try and open a word
document, it won't open and then i get file isn't available. Then when I try
to close word , I get "changes made to affect global template, normal.dot.
error....do I want to save?"

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
