You don't use windows to make the cards. I'd suggest you use Publisher if
you have it.

Joann thanks for the info and I do have publisher but it offers a variety of
other cards, flyers etc but not the businness card blank or at least it does
not show up as a seperate item. Is it listed under another type of card

It's there.

Assuming Pub 2003 - New - Publications for Print - Business cards. If you
want a completely blank one, chose any of them and delete everything out.

Tools | Envelopes and Labels. On the Labels tab, click Options. In the Label
Options dialog, select the stock number of your labels and click OK. It's
probably easiest then to click New Document in the Labels dialog to get a
full sheet of labels. They're set up as a table, so be sure to display table
gridlines (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the card boundaries.

But it's definitely easier to do business cards in Publisher because you
need only set up one, then print ten to a page.
